🗂️ UGC Agent v2 is 10x better than before

the agent is still here. it just isn't the whole product anymore.

hey there,

running a UGC program still means five tabs and a spreadsheet.

creators come from scrolling TikTok. competitor research is a folder of screenshots. results get copied into a report by hand. who still needs to be paid lives in someone's head.

that's the part i never liked. UGC Agent fixed the first step. it found the creators, with emails. then you left the product and did everything else somewhere else.

so we built the rest.

UGC Database with creators, masked emails, UGC fit scores and demand (fictional data)

the UGC Database. every creator here already makes UGC and has a public email. (the people in the image are made up.)

find the creator. see what works. track every video. pay them.

that's the whole loop, and it now lives in one place. UGC Agent is the data hub for UGC marketing: four tabs that share the same data, with Super Search still sitting in the middle.

a creator you unlock in the database lands in your CRM. a creator in your CRM can go into tracking. a creator the agent finds in a search joins the database for the next brand. nothing gets copied by hand.

the UGC Database.

every creator UGC Agent has verified, each with a public email. it's Instagram and TikTok only, and it's past 28,000 creators. it grows with every search.

you filter by buying signals, not vanity metrics: says UGC in their bio, has a portfolio, has worked with brands, or untapped (no other brand on UGC Agent has unlocked them yet). then niche, followers, country, contact type, language.

every creator gets a UGC fit score from 0 to 100, a typical rate for their tier (a benchmark, not a quote) and a demand score so you know when to expect a busier inbox.

emails stay masked until you unlock, and one unlock is one lead from your monthly pool.

UGC Brands.

UGC Brands page for a fictional skincare brand with accounts, views, hooks and CPM

a brand page, shown with a fictional brand: creator accounts, 30-day views, hooks and program economics.

this one i've wanted for a long time. open a brand and see its UGC program: which accounts post for it, how many videos, how many views, the hit rate, the top accounts, and the hooks, hashtags and formats behind the winners. when a brand publishes its per-video rate, you also get estimated payouts and CPM.

the rule i care about most: an account only counts when there's public evidence. a program hashtag, a caption template, the bio, an ad disclosure, a handle pattern, a platform ad flag. the brand name alone never counts. so every number is a lower bound, and every brand has a Method tab that shows how it was measured.

honest caveat: only a handful of brands are mapped at launch. i'd rather ship a few i can explain than a lot i can't. more are coming.

Creator Tracking.

Creator Tracking for a fictional campaign with views, spend, CPM and payouts

tracking for a made-up campaign: views, engagement, spend, CPM and payouts.

add creators from your CRM or paste a handle. you see every video they post, with views, engagement, viral rate (9x their own median or better) and outliers. set a fee (flat, per video or CPM) and it works out spend, CPM and cost per engagement, with payout status per creator.

group creators into collections for a campaign, with dates, a budget, a CPM goal and posts per week.

honest caveat: stats refresh when you open the tab (if they're older than 12 hours) or when you press refresh. there's no automatic daily refresh yet.

the Creator CRM.

the pipeline view, with fictional creators.

every creator you keep lands here. stages run from sourced and contacted to hired, delivered and paid. table, pipeline board, a follow-ups inbox, custom lists. rates, deal value, notes and tasks on every creator.

outreach opens a draft in your own mail app from three templates. it doesn't send from UGC Agent. if you run sequences, push straight to Instantly or Smartlead.

Super Search is still here.

nothing was taken away. describe the creators you need in plain English and the agent still searches Instagram and TikTok live, checks every profile against the brief and returns creators with public emails. automations, MCP and the API all still work.

the difference is where the results go. search is how you reach creators the database doesn't have yet. the database is how you skip the search when it already does.

what each plan gets.

  • pro, $29: 200 leads a month for unlocks and search, brand Overview and Method tabs, 25 tracked creators.
  • premium, $59: 5,000 leads, full brand pages (Accounts, Videos, Playbook), 100 tracked creators, unlimited automations, MCP, 5 seats.
  • ultra, $199: unlimited leads, 300 tracked creators, the developer API, 10 seats.
  • enterprise: everything in ultra, uncapped API, custom terms.

every new account starts with a 3-day free trial, no card required. upgrade during the trial and your first month is 20% off. annual is 20% off.

what it doesn't do yet.

i'd rather you hear this from me:

  • Instagram and TikTok only. no YouTube.
  • the database shows creators, not market-level charts.
  • brand counts are a lower bound, and the brand list is small for now.
  • tracking refreshes on open or on demand, not on a schedule. no share links or Slack alerts yet.

the part i care about.

a UGC program is one loop, so it should live in one place.

who should we hire. what should they make. is it working. who do we still owe. those four questions used to need four tools and a spreadsheet nobody trusted. now they share the same data.

the fastest way to judge it is to start the 3-day trial, open the database and filter for your next brief.
